GOODMAN TO BE ACQUIRED BY AFFILIATES OF APOLLO
Goodman Global Holdings, Inc. announced on November 18th that definitive agreements have been signed under which Apollo Management, L.P., will acquire Goodman for approximately $1.43 billion. Goodman is the largest privately held air conditioning and heating equipment manufacturer in the United States. Its brands include Goodman®, Amana® Heating and Air Conditioning, GmC®, Janitrol®, and QuietFlex®.
